Purpose: The services sector has been emerging as a key driver of global trade rather than merchandise trade. Together with the re-shaping role digitalization, ICT and enabled have high importance for growth presenting opportunities both developed even more developing economies. Telecommunications, computer information, insurance pension, financial services, intellectual property are emphasized being efficient on economic after Covid-19 pandemic outbroke, related were highlighted due to rapid digital transformation triggered. purpose this paper is analyze Turkey’s foreign competitiveness in ICT-enabled comparing major exporters aforementioned services. Method: Competitiveness Turkey, USA, India China compared by using competitive advantage indices RCA, RXA, RMP, RTA, RC. Findings: Turkey surplus its trade, however, sectors travel transport but not Digital may help enable sustainable faster recovery from pandemic.
